Conditions for Returning Goods


 

Cooling off period


 

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our email address customer@simasa.co.uk .

 

Cancellation consequences

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

We will collect the goods from you. You must make the goods available for collection. For further arrangements will contact you.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

 

Right to 30-day return


 

The right to 30-day return offered does not affect te statutory right to cancel.

You may return an order within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery by DHL. The following requirements must be met in order for returned goods to be accepted:

 

1.The product should be returned in its original delivery packaging

2.The product should be in perfect condition for sale

 

Returned products which are not worthy of sale or not in their original packaging will not be accepted, whereby transportation costs in relation to the redelivery of the products will be borne by the customer.

 

How much does returning a product cost?


 

There is no charge for returning goods.

Costs in relation to transportation from the location the retuned goods are collected from to our warehouses are borne by SIMA.

 

How to return goods


 

Follow the steps listed below to return a product.

 

1.Send an e-mail to customer@simasa.co.uk including:

 

a.The order number of the product being returned

b.The number of the product being returned (indicated as Product N°.)

c.The address from which the product is to be collected.

 

2.TNT Express will contact you within 48 hours to set a time and date for the collection of the product to be returned.

 

3.Once we have received the product we will reimburse the price of the returned product. You will receive the refund within a maximum of 2 weeks, although the average time taken to deal with the same is 3 to 5 days.

 

How the money is refunded


 

After collecting the returned product we will refund the amount in question, and depending on the form of payment used, you will receive:

  • Credit to your credit card account (for payments made by credit card), which you can verify by checking your card statement. We are not responsible for the date on which payment is cleared.
  • Credit to your PayPal account if you paid using the same. You then decide whether to keep the money in your Paypal account for future purchases or to transfer it to your bank account.
  • If you paid via bank transfer, the amount will be deposited directly in the same.

 

Guarantee Period


 

  • SIMA guarantees all products in relation to manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the billing date.
  • Travel expenses in relation to our post sales services are the responsibility of the customer.
  • SIMA will bear all costs arising from the replacement of original parts and labour throughout the guarantee period.
  • The use of non-original spare parts renders the guarantee invalid when the cause of breakdown.
