The R&D department is a powerhouse at SIMA where technical solutions are provided by the suggestions and issues that reach us from the market.
We are equipped with a team of engineers, designers and mechanics with vast experience and technical knowledge. The department is supported by advanced software and hardware eg. CAD-CAM development capacity and virtual simulators that have increased the products' technical reliability.
We have high precision, cutting edge calibration and measuring machinery.
New products are being developed incorporating new synthetic materials manufactured according to environmental and work safety regulations.
The activities of Production and Logistics (purchasing) is planned via the use of the powerful E.R.P. tool (Integral Corporate Management Software) called SAP. It is used by most multinational companies. This enables us to apply MRS management in productive planning.
This entire framework works thanks to the great professionals we have at the executive, technical and professional levels.
SIMA has a Corporate Management System based on the Ongoing Improvement Concept the aim of which is to attain the full satisfaction of our customers' needs and expectations.
The training given to mechanical engineers at SERVI-SIMA repair stations is accredited and given by SIMA, S.A. technical personnel. Furthermore, those engineers are periodically sent on refreshment courses to keep them up to date with the new products launched by SIMA.
Performed by SERVI- SIMA technical support include a three month guarantee on parts and labor.
Our SERVI-SIMA points have a permanent stock of the most common SIMA machines spare parts. We can thus provide fast service to our customers.
Any requiered part which is in SERVI-SIMA warehouse at the time of the repair will be shipped urgently within 24/48 hours.
Our spare parts management system delivers continuity of supply ensuring complete customer satisfaction. All of this is managed by a team of six professionals at your service.
Our SERVI-SIMA Technical Support Department complies with the quality standards set by SIMA, S.A. This not only covers spare parts but also the customer service aspects. Therefore, SERVI-SIMA promises to repair any machine under warranty within four days. As for non-warranty machines, they will be repaired within seven days of receipt.
