All orders for SIMA machinery and accessories made on www.simasa.co.uk are delivered free of charge to the UK (Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Other Islands).
SIMA uses TNT Express, the leading global goods transportation company. Once TNT Express is in possession of the goods an e-mail will be sent to the customer including a tracking number for the purpose of monitoring the different phases of delivery on the TNT Express website.
Orders received prior to 17:00 hours between Mondays and Fridays will be processed the same day. All the store´s products include information on stock levels and the estimated date of delivery for the goods.
Goods are normally delivered within 3 to 15 working days from the date on which the order is confirmed. SIMA UK will deliver an e-mail confirming the order and the date on which it is due to be processed.

The code sent by DHL to the e-mail address contained in your account on www.simasa.co.uk will enable you to access the www.tnt.com page and check out the status and location of your order in real time.

We will notify you of the different stages of your order from the original order on www.simasa.co.uk to actual delivery. Each time the status changes you will receive notification via an e-mail delivered to the address registered on www.simasa.co.uk.
The different stages notified by e-mail are:
“Approved, Denied, Being Processed, Pending, Ready for Dispatch, Partially Dispatched, Dispatched, Delivered, Partially Billed, Billed, Partially Paid, Paid, Closed”
You are required to be registered with the store under My Account in order to receive information on your orders.
You may check all your orders and the status of the same by entering your e-mail address and password under My Account on www.simasa.co.uk.
You can check out the status of your orders, delivery notes, invoices and payments by clicking on “My Account” followed by “My Orders”.
